Carmela Albisser

I am a Master student at the University of Bern and have already been to Sebastian Leidel’s lab for my bachelor’s thesis. I am very interested in translation and the associated tRNAs. In my master thesis, I work with human cells and test different knockdown techniques targeting essential genes and their analysis. Outside the lab, I play volleyball and trumpet and enjoy spending time outdoors with animals and/or friends.
